" Throughout the first half of 2026, MS Solutions Group focused on delivering practical improvements across our software portfolio while continuing to strengthen the foundations that our customers rely on every day.

During this period, we welcomed new customers, celebrated successful go-lives, and helped banks accelerate time-to-market of innovative payment solutions, including award-winning initiatives such as SPARK BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) at BTK bank.

We strengthened our PCI certification portfolio through renewals and new certifications, reinforcing our commitment to being the region's preferred long-term partner for secure, compliant payment innovation.

Beyond our technology, we continued to expand our international footprint with new offices in Algiers and Dubai, established a local presence in Johannesburg, strengthened our partner ecosystem, unveiled a new visual identity, and engaged with customers and partners at leading industry events across several markets.

As we reach the midpoint of the year, I’m pleased to share, in this first edition, the key milestones that have shaped our journey so far, and the momentum carrying us into the second half of 2026. Looking ahead, we'll continue to build on this momentum through key industry events, including Seamless Johannesburg and Sibos Miami, the release of a new version of the SPARK Platform, and the sharing of new customer success stories.

SPARK Trust

SPARK Trust extends the SPARK platform with advanced fraud management capabilities, enabling institutions to detect suspicious activity, assess risk, and investigate cases from a single solution.

SPARK SoftPOS

SPARK SoftPOS extends the SPARK platform with secure tap-to-phone technology, enabling merchants to accept contactless payment on NFC-enabled Android smartphones without dedicated payment hardware.

SPARK Platform

A modular platform covering issuing, acquiring, acceptance to switching, clearing, settlement, and fraud management. It helps orchestrate your payment in a single platform, removing fragmentation and streamling the full payment journey

Award-Winning BNPL Innovation with BTK Bank

In response to a regulatory change, BTK Bank partnered with MS Solutions Group to launch Super Facilité, a fully digital Buy Now, Pay Later solution powered by the SPARK platform.

The result: an innovative, compliant instalment payment experience recognised as  Product of the Year 2026.

Enabling a major North African bank with the SPARK SoftPOS solution

A major North African subsidiary bank, part of a global European banking group, to transform NFC-enabled smartphones into secure payment terminals. The result: a scalable, hardware-free acceptance solution that expands merchant reach while delivering a seamless tap-to-pay experience. 

During H1 2026, we expanded our PCI certification portfolio, reinforcing our position among top tier payment software platforms with broad PCI coverage across multiple payment domains.

For our customers, these certifications demonstrate that internationally recognised security requirements are embedded throughout the platform.  This supports compliance initiatives, facilitates audits and provides confidence when introducing new payment services in regulated environments.

PARTNERSHIPS  

Expanding our Partner Ecosystem & achieving Temenos Exchange Partner recognition 

Throughout the first half of the year, MS Solutions Group continued to expand its ecosystem through many regional and global partnerships, most importantly joining the Temenos Exchange partner network.

These milestones strengthen our ability to deliver integrated solutions and provide customers with greater flexibility in deploying and extending the SPARK platform.

MS Solutions Group has been recognised in the Financial Times ranking of Africa’s Fastest-Growing Companies. The group is the only Tunisian company represented among the 12 companies in the IT & Software category in a ranking of 130 companies across multiple sectors across the continent.

A new identity a new dimension

This year, we introduced a new visual identity for MS Solutions Group. This transformation reflects the Group’s transition from a hardware-driven payment technology company to a full-stack payment infrastructure provider that combines software, orchestration, interoperability, and trusted operational excellence across the entire payment value chain.

Today, we support more than 300 clients across 30 countries pursuing a broader international expansion and aiming to strengthen our presence in new markets worldwide.
